Enjoy your chicken curry with Roti, Rice or Appam!

    Spice Advice:

The above curry will be medium hot!

To make it less hot: Reduce black pepper powder to 1 Teaspoon. To further reduce, avoid using Green Chilli.

To Make it Hotter: Replace Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder with Hot Red Chilli Powder

    Special Note:

Do not add Water when you cook chicken. The water present in tomato and chicken is enough for it to cook. If you want gravy, I recommend adding coconut milk or creamer.

    That’s all folks!
